Paris, France

We woke up very early to eat breakfast, shower, pack up, and head back to CDG for our flight home. After checking in our bags and getting our boarding passes, we went to the Detaxe office to claim our refund – we ended up getting almost $250US back in cash with another $50 or so coming as a credit on our Visa card – not too shabby! We then headed over to the Business Class lounge to hang out until it was time to board our plane. Emma and I walked to the Duty Free shops just to check them out and make a couple of last-second purchases. We went back to the Lounge to get Matthew and the bags, then boarded our plane for home. The flight was very easy – we each watched several movies, ate a decent lunch, and relaxed in our comfy seats. We landed in Atlanta about 30 minutes ahead of schedule, got through Customs without a hitch, got our luggage, then headed back to East Cobb. An easy end to a fantastic trip!
