Performance anxiety can be debilitating in people of any age but especially in young athletes who may not yet possess the maturity or tools to manage it properly. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Abby Gold works with clients and helps them develop the know-how to recognize the early signs of performance anxiety then use their personalized “tool box” to prevent it from controlling their lives.
