USTA has released its National Junior Tournament Schedule for 2021. Click 2021-NJTS to view the full 5-page document. If you haven’t already, please be sure to familiarize yourself with the new Junior Competition Structure that will go into effect January 1, 2021.
Of course, given the pandemic and all the tournament cancellations that have happened in 2020, I suspect this is a “working document,” one that can and will be changed as the year progresses.
That said, at least we all now have a jumping off point for scheduling in the coming year. I encourage you to maintain close contact with your local and sectional USTA Junior Competition Directors (click here to find your “person”) and to make sure you stay in the communication loop, whatever that looks like in your section.
One simple way to stay informed is by using the Match!Tennis App which allows you to calendar the tournaments your junior would like to play then sends you updates as registration deadlines approach. The app has tons of other useful features as well which I urge you to explore and use.
