An extra pair of shoes. My son had the grommets rip out on the first point of a match. He used some duct tape to wrap around the shoe so he could play. He now takes shoelaces and another pair of shoes. Also, ankle brace, about 5 - 10 sweatbands (Texas), plastic bags for wet clothes or ice.

Some kids wear 2 pairs of socks when playing, especially on hard courts.
Our daughter wears 2 pairs of socks when playing and it does really help reduce blisters.
