  1. Thanks Lisa! I'm running in to the same issues w/ my 14 yr old. He lost a lot of weight during basketball last year and likes being thin. But he's too thin, according to both his basketball and baseball coaches, and his mom! Clif bars and milk have helped add to his daily protein intake, but I'm sure he's not hitting near 118. He's 5'8" and weighs maybe 135- 140. Not an ounce of fat on him! I'll share your article w/ him, anything w/ an I Phone connection should help!
